Casa Benito is a private and familiar space, which can accommodate up to 10 people. This charming house is located in a rural setting in Vilanova de Arousa, Pontevedra. Surrounded by nature, we have a 1300m2 garden with barbecue.
The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bedrooms with two single beds, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen with all utensils. In addition, you will be able to meet in a spacious living room. You will have free wifi and free private parking.
We know that pets are a member of the family, that's why they can come to Casa Benito at no extra cost.
The house is located in a central location to reach the places of interest. Only 2km from the beach of O Terrón, 4km from the island of Arosa, 6km from Cambados and 25km from Pontevedra.

Spiritual Variant of the Portuguese Way
Realiza el mismo trayecto que siguieron los restos del Apóstol Santiago en su viaje a Compostela. Navega por un paraje natural de gran belleza. Descubre molinos, fuentes, capillas y monasterios. Camina a través de bosques, viñedos y playas. Recorre el único Vía Crucis marítimo-fluvial del mundo, en que podrás contemplar los 18 cruceiros que identifican este Camino de Santiago como la «Translatio», el ORIGEN DE TODOS LOS CAMINOS.
Esta «Variante Espiritual» une dos Caminos Jacobeos: el Camino Portugués y la «Ruta del Mar», el Origen de todos los caminos. En el año 44 después de Cristo, la Ría de Arousa fue surcada por el barco que transportaba el cuerpo de Santiago Apóstol. Sus restos fueron trasladados por sus discípulos, quienes «conducidos por un ángel y guiados por una estrella» arribaron a las costas de Galicia subieron por el cauce del río Ulla hasta alcanzar Iria Flavia (actual villa de Padrón).
Stage 1
After crossing the city of Pontevedra, following the Portuguese Way, after 2 km we find a detour on the left. At this point begins the "VARIANTE ESPIRITUAL" that runs through Poio and Combarro to reach the Monastery of Armenteira, located in a rural and very quiet enclave in the mountains. We will be able to spend the night and rest in the hostel after having travelled 20 km.
Stage 2
Desde Armenteira hasta Pontearnelas el peregrino recorre «La Ruta de la Piedra y del Agua» que discurre por un paraje natural de gran belleza. Caminando bajo la sombra de los árboles encontraremos antiguos molinos de agua que descansan a orillas del río. Huertos y viñedos nos indican que nos aproximamos a la ría de Arousa. Tras haber recorrido 24 Km alcanzamos las playas y la localidad de Vilanova.
Stage 3
Realizaremos el trayecto entre Vilanova de Arousa y Pontecesures en una embarcación para peregrinos (también se puede realizar a pie recorriendo 28 km de dificultad baja). Surcaremos la Ría de Arousa y ascenderemos el río Ulla rememorando el viaje que hicieron los resto del Apóstol Santiago. La Translatio. (aprox 1 hora) Podremos contemplar el cultivo del mejillón en las aguas de nuestra ría y recorreremos el único Vía Crucis marítimo-fluvial del mundo en el que descubriremos 18 cruceros que identifican este camino de Santiago como el ORIGEN DE TODOS LOS CAMINOS. En Pontecesures retomamos el camino Portugués.
